Service to take place in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Friday April 25th at 3.00pm. Friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu to the Dogs Trust, a donation box will be available at the Crematorium Chapel.
